Privacy notice

Collect less. Explain it clearly.

This is a pre-launch structure, not final legal advice. The published notice must reflect the actual hosting, analytics, form and email services selected for the live site.

Draft · controller details and vendors pending

How visitor and applicant data is handled.

Information the website may collect

Name, work email, organisation, product interest, enquiry content and technical information generated by the live hosting platform.

Why it may be used

To respond to enquiries, manage early-access or pilot discussions, protect the website and understand service demand.

Who receives it

The final notice must name or categorise the hosting, email, form, CRM, analytics and security suppliers actually used.

Retention and rights

Retention periods, the lawful basis for each purpose, UK GDPR rights and the method for exercising them must be confirmed before publication.

Cookies and analytics

V2 sets no marketing cookies itself. This statement must be reviewed after hosting and analytics are configured.

Contact

The data-controller identity, postal address and privacy email must be inserted before the live forms are enabled.
